JunJunJumps!

Days in the life of JunJun and Beb.... Since we noticed folks were getting whiplash trying to catch up with us, we figured freezing ourselves in time and space would be a good thing. Don't forget to surf the Archives! ;)

Visiting the Thorstensens...Sept '05

Finally it was great to reunite with Sissel and meet Patrix and their beautiful kids: Fredrik and Sophie. Fredrik schooled my non-existent French. He could have even done it in Norwegian. Heck, he even speaks English (with a Filipino accent because of his nanny) and some Tagalog (same nanny). Not bad for a six year old, eh? Let's say it was very humbling and cute at the same time.

They took us to the country for the weekend in Normandy and we visited the towns of Deauville (which was having an American Film Festival) and Honfleur. Why do these towns have to look so cute like in the postcards? You figure that it would be some sort of camera trick, but these towns were authentically pretty. We can't wait to come back.

au revoir,
junjun
