JunJunJumps!

Days in the life of JunJun and Beb.... Since we noticed folks were getting whiplash trying to catch up with us, we figured freezing ourselves in time and space would be a good thing. Don't forget to surf the Archives! ;)

What a show! Jan 22nd....

Has anyone seen my weapons?

Gorgeous West Cliff sunset again...

Radiant "Red Hot Pokers" blooming

The famous "Lane" by the Lighthouse

Check out the sea lions past the surfers...

Another day has passed filled with fantastic experiences. Saturday night was performance night and we nailed it! It was a short show but, from what I gathered, all the performances were spot on. Our performance tribute to the Santa Cruz "Pink Guy" had the crowd laughing and the Matrix piece with the students from the Bamboo Village Dojo and Raizes do Brazil Capoeira was splendid (oh yeah, Brendan brandished his katana quite beautifully I might add). I also performed in a trio which was an excerpt from a show we will be doing next month (stay tuned for that as it going to be good). That went exceptionally well as well as Jessica's performance with three other ballerinas in a ballet inspired by a musical piece from the movie "Amelie".

Sunday morning we decided to sleep in and recharged the batteries. We went for our customary walk on West Cliff and ran across a couple of friends whom we were more than happy to meet as we rarely see them. Hmm, something about great weather and walking by the beach seems to bring everybody out.

There was also a large school of sea lions making their way to the wharf. They were cresting through the water so we initially thought they were dolphins. They looked quite amazing as they passed all the surfers so I tried to take some shots. Squint away.
